HPV transmission

Hi, Hope you can help. I had genital to genital contact (no penetration) with a random girl who i met on a night. (don't know anything about her), then about 3 nights later i met up with my ex-girlfriend, who is a good friend and we ended doing pretty much the same thing.

My only worry here is that ive picked something up from this random girl and given it to my ex. My main issue is with HPV, as I understand there is no test for men? (i can go get checked for everything else) Is it important to encourage her to go and get checked out for HPV? What are the risks from this?

Also there may have been no direct contact of myself and my ex-girlfriends genitals (can't entirely remember) but just me touching myself then touching her immediataly after with the same hand - if i transmit my fluid onto her genitals, can HPV be transmitted this way??

Im getting very stressed and bothered by all of this. Again, my only concern here is my ex-girlfriend (who hasn't ever slept with anyone else but me and would only sleep with people she's in love with, so the only risk of getting any STD is through me and I need to make sure that won't happen). If you could help that would be great. Thanks a lot.

PS We only just split up recently so us getting together is not going to happen again!

Thanks for your reponse, so even if fluids from me on my hand contacted outside and inside her genitals, it would still be ok? As i say, i can't remember if there was actually any genital to genital contact. Thanks for your help.
