HPV and medical clearance

I was offered a job as a teacher but now I have to get a medical exam and answer lots of personal questions about my health.  The doctor has to sign something saying that I am free from contagious or infections diseases.  Is having hpv/genital warts going to be a problem?  Is there any reason I should be worried about revealing that I have it to my future employer?

Thank you!

I also believe the Center for Disease Control in the U.S. says that you do not need to disclose to your partners about HPV either. First is cause once you have had an initial outbreak, or have no current outbreaks, difficult to gauge how easy it is to be transmittable.

To make it worse, men can't even be tested if they have HPV, so this is not something everyone control or even know. I definitely would not put having HPV as on it.

Genital warts is contagious only through sexual contact so I don't see how they could discriminate against that
