Can a genital ward develop in 2 weeks after exposure?

Hi everyone.. I have got a question. There is a single lump on my scrotum near my penis. It is not visible to the eyes as it is flat and is the same as the skin color. The lump does not hurt or itch. The lump had developed 2 weeks after I had sex with an unknown girl. Could a genital wart developed 2 weeks after getting infected? What is the incubation period for a genital wart? If there is a genital wart, can the wart disappear by itself without treatment? I have tested for all STDs and came out negative, but have not yet tested for HPV. 2 weeks later after I discovered the first lump on my scrotum, a second similar lumps appears and is flat and invisible to the eyes unless i touch it. Please help guys and I really do appreciate it very very much as I am currently feeling terrified of my situation. Thanks heaps!

Sorry Vandykd3, it is not an ingrown hair on my lump. I was asking if is it possible for genital warts to have hair growing out of it? The 2 lumps that I have have hairs growing out of it. it is invisible to the eyes as the colour is the same as my skin colour and it doesnt hurt unless i touch them and it doesnt itch as well.

Thanks for your comment and i really do appreciate it very much. I will visit the doctors asap to have a check. However I have realized that there is an ingrown hair on the lump. Can it be possible for a genital wart to have an ingrown hair? One last question, its it possible to get a genital wart less than 2 weeks before exposure? I assume I have got it 2 weeks after my sexual contact with the unknown girl but I am not a 100 percent sure, the lump may have appeared in less than 2 weeks after my exposure with the girl. Thanks again for your help :)

First of all, you can let go of the terror. GW is terrifying for everyone who acquires it and then after the facts are learned and some time goes by you calm down.

Yes, it is possible to get warts after two weeks.  I'm pretty sure that's the case with me.  It's not the most common apparently but perhaps we are two who have.

The incubation period is generally stated as 3-6 months but can be anywhere from right away to a year and a half perhaps.

You can have the lump removed and tested in a lab for HPV.  It's the only way to know if it's a wart or not.  I visual inspection may be confirmed as a wart but what if it isn't, you'll live as if you have warts but not really have them.  I'd go in and get it biopsied.

Yes, warts do disappear without treatment.  It can take up to two years for this to happen but more like 9 to 15 months supposedly.  It's best to have them removed.

Get it checked out, face the fear head on and if it's nothing then cool.  If it is, then get the facts and understand it's a temporary nuisance at worst.
