Help!

24 year old female.  I received the three step gardasil shot when I was 16. Was in a relationship with a partner who was diagnosed with genital warts around age 18 (after he slept with someone else). Have not had an abnormal pap since then. I was having sexual relations at the time with protection without knowing about the STD. I have never had a breakout. Recently started having relations with the same partner again. Only once. States he hasn't had an outbreak in a year and a half.  Used a condom and he wore his boxers during intercourse. What is my risk of infection with the shot and protection?
