"HPV mRNA E6/E7, SUREPATH Detected." What does this mean?

Hi! I am a 24 year old woman living in California. I am sexually active and have been with one partner for over four years. (He has only been with me, too.) I was sent in to my gynecologist recently to have a pap done. My PC was concerned over a 2inch cyst on my right ovary (I have PCOS, so I thought it was to be expected.) Anyway, the pap came back with one positive result:
HPV mRNA E6/E7, SUREPATH Detected is what it says. Two years ago, I had a pap done that came back totally normal. My doc told me that what probably happened was that it was simply dormant back then, since my partner and I have remained entirely monogamous since before that last pap was done.

I have tried researching this result but am unfortunately having a difficult time making sense of it. I am scheduled for a colposcopy in 2 weeks with the OBgyn.

Does this result mean that these are messenger RNAs from a different strain of HPV? I would post a screenshot if I could, but here is what it says on my paper:

SUREPATH PAP AND HPV mRNA E6/E7 REFLEX GENOTYPES 16, 18/45
>Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy.
>HPV mRNA E6/E7, SUREPATH Detected
>HPV 16 RNA, NOT DETECTED
>HPV 18/45 RNA, NOT DETECTED.

Below, it also says that gonorrhea and chlamydia were not detected.

If anyone can help me make sense of this, it would be greatly appreciated.
