HPV on Skin?

I had genital HPV, the doctor froze them off and they haven't returned, but now i have small bumps all over my body.. the doctor told me its not HPV but there is now way its not.  there is now way its coincidence that bumps that look like warts have spread to my chest, arms, hands and face but have nothing to do with my HPV right?

It could be unrelated as your doctor states.  HPV usually returns to the same region if it's going to resurface.  By the way healthy life style changes have shown the ability to reduce the virus to undetectable amounts in two years.
