HPV or Skin Tags?

I've recently discovered little flesh-like growths on my scrotum. One on the left testicle and one on the right. To me the look like skin tags, such as ones I have on my shoulder. They don't appear to be cauliflower-like and I have none on my penis, as yet. I plan to visit a local GUM clinic but I was just curious to  gather some opinions on whether these are simply skin tags or could be something like HPV.

Thanks.

I plan to go on Monday. Hopefully it is just a skin tag. Thanks for your comment!

Its highly advised that you get it checked out by a dermatologist. The pictures online are nothing like how they are in real life, the ones online are from very extreme cases.

best bet is to get a biopsy if they cant tell you what it is. However, i dont think its anything since its kind of unusual to get hpv on your scrotum and not your penis.
