HPV transmission, HELP!

Hi! I'm a 19 year old girl and I'm a little concerned. A few months ago, i noticed some lumps around my vaginal entrance. They are nearly white, kinda big and are disposed all around the oriffice as well as between it and the urethra. If I pinch them i dont feel anything. Also, i have a white discharge. I showed it to a general doctor at the time and he told me it was nothing, but it hasn't gone away.
From the looks of it, it seems genital warts caused by HPV. The thing is, I never had sex. My boyfriend and i have been dating for a while now, but we only went as far as oral sex, and it was after I got this; before that, we only mande out and did mutual masturbation. However, neither I or him have had any other sexual partners, and i also was vaccinated with Gardasil back when i was 15. I'm really scared, can you help me? What can it be?

But for that one of us should be infected right? How is that possible if any of us has had any sexual contact with other people?
When i noticed them a few months ago i felt some itching, but not anymore. I also feel a rough "stripe" along the front wall of my vagina. Probably the same tissue i have outside.

Vestibular papillae are tiny, right? Mine is a uniform whitish lump all around the entrance. The thing is i dont know if I could have been infected with HPV when my boyfriend and i never had any sexual contact with other people and i was vaccinated.
But thanks a lot for your answer, good luck to you too!

You can get hpv from skin contact. Even if u have not had sex. Try the vinager. Do you itch or burn or any other symptoms?  I have none no color difference in the bumps soft to the touch. Don't look like any images of warts that I have seen.

Look up vestibular Papillae. But your symptoms you say u have don't sound like vp. Also try and use white vinager see if the area turns white. I don't have any symptoms you say your haven but I just posted a question about vestibular Papillae. Good luck.
