Possible HPV warts

Last Saturday I had unprotected sex with my  recently new boyfriend.  I noticed I was in pain during sex. The following Tuesday I noticed my ovaries (anterior pelvis) started to cramp. From Tuesday till Friday I had been feeling really fatigue, sleepy & mild headache. Throughout the week I also experience abdominal pain. After this, on Friday I knew something was not its normal self & did some  online research.  I thought maybe I could be just the 1st week of pregnancy even though their was controversial opinions abut knowing this early.  This Saturday (a week later) night before showering I remembered the pain from having sex & decided to evaluate/palpate the entrance to my vagina.  Upon doing this I noticed feeling bumps that I do not recall being there prior. So obviously the possibility of being pregnant is totally ridicules now. We have had sex on 3 different occasions. The bumps do not seem to hurt as of now but I'm highly concerned they are STD. I've been looking online at images & symptoms but they seem to be controversial between being normal or warts based on images that look like mine.

The bumps look the same color as my other skin but I think it may be redder than it normally is bc it seems like it is also inflamed.

Thank you so much for your response!
They feel like more like a single row of bumps that go around the entire viginal entrance.  I feel like whith them all together around the entrance they may look like a cauliflower. They are the same color as my skin around my vagina. I'm pretty sure I have something. :( I read on a site about placing vinegar and the area turns white if it infected.  It took awhile but an area did turn lighter color & did hurt during this. They are bothersome now that I now they are there or bc I palpatated them.

I'm not going to be able to go to a physician till the next following Monday (another week) bc I have a family trip out of the country that's already been booked tonight. Could there be more complication by waiting another week do you think?

At the entrance of your vagina there are no "normal" bumps. Are the bumps in clusters? Like cauliflower? Are the bumps skin toned or red? I highly suggest you have your doctor examine you. Genital warts are painless, syphlis bumps are red and painful, and genital herpes are blister like. I hope you dont have warts or herpes.
