using protection isn't a guarantee..it's transmitted from skin to skin contact..possibly oral too..especially if you have low risk
That is typically what happens. HPV is linked to Penile cancer, but this is extremely rare in Western countries, and certainly not worth worry about.
When a woman has the high risk HPV what can the man catch from it? will he just get the virus and be able to pass it to someone else or what?
All strains of HPV can infect and will infect your partner(s). HP is life long, and will eventualy become dormant, but never the less, is contagious. Respect your self ,and repect your partner, use protection.
HPV is not a RED letter, it is just a virus that should be seen as a controlable virus. HPV can be prevented from transmition by using protection.
so, my partner shouldnt develop genital warts from me if I have the high risk strain of HPV and do not have genital warts?
Most warts are caused by "low risk strains". High risk strains are almost always asymptomatic in men.
Of course being infected with a high risk strain does not mean you cannot also be infected with a low risk strain.
