HPV?

Hi,

I noticed this tiny bumps on my foreskin. They have been there for at least 2 years or so. I tried a lot of different antibiotics, cream for scar, valtrex, even with 800mg aciclovir ( I was tested positive for both types of herpes ). They did not go away.

They are not painful, no discharge, tiny, not clustered. They dont seem to increase.
They don't look like fordyce spots nor Pearly Penile Papules(from the pictures I can find online).

By the time I noticed them, I had not had sex at all. No one had touched my genital area before. The most intimate encounter was only kissing and grinding.

I have seen a few doctors. One doctor gave me some iodine to wash, thinking it is fungus or what. The other two said it is nothing serious and asked me to have circumcision if I want to remove it.

Could it be warts? The last doctor I saw tried everything with me. For the last resort, he gave me some treatment solution(that is used to clear wart/corn on feet) that is acidic to apply on it.
Should I use it?

No, I just saw a GP. he said he gave me all kinds of antibiotics to treat other stds and even antiviral pills for HSV. they are still there.
So he gave me acidic solution for last resort.

well i applied the acid once and my skin is burnt off. I did it only once because my foreskin turned really ugly after I applied the acid on it. I have not applied since. I am waiting for it to recover and see what happens then only decide if i should continue applying acid.

they have been there for a while(like one or 2 years) and never grow in size, not even spreading to other area, i suppose. I dont know if there are new bumps or they are all old bumps since one or 2 years ago.

Have a dermatologist remove one and send it for biopsy. That's the only way to know for sure what they are.
