HPV

I had stage 4 precancerous cells and had a partial hysterectomy. After the surgery the doctor told my mom it was HPV.

Since I had the partial hysterectomy would I still have HPV or would it have been removed?

Also, I just found out I have elevated liver enzymes. Could this be fromm the HPV?
