Has anyone else had these symptoms?

Recently I’ve been having some mild to severe cramping in what feels like my right ovary, I’ve also had some cloudy runny discharge but my first sign that something wasn’t right was a sudden change in the way that Dr. Bronners Castile soaps make my vagina smell, not enternally, just using the soap on the surface for a normal wash causes a change in smell from fragrant to extremely bitter. I’ve googled that in every way I can think to word it and have come across nothing but positive reviews and recommendations for using this natural soap. So feeling off I got a pap and tested for all STDs with negative results but today my doctors office emailed me the results of my pap which came back abnormal. Epithelial cell abnormality, atypical squamous of undetermined significance. That was quiet the scary google search but I finally did get ahold of the office they said they haven’t received the HPV results and that I shouldn’t worry until then. Unfortunately I am prone to anxiety so putting these concerns in the back of my mind is not easy for me. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?
