And we have been dating a year and a month and just starting like 2 or 3 months ago I started getting these bumps torwds the base of my penise anand they went on the penise they are like below the belly. Button down tithe base of my penise. And I can pop them and like a rubbery like whit ball comes out. They don't hurt and once and awhile they itch. WhT are these things. Do I have HIV or aids. And my girlfriend dose not have aids or anything plz help me.

Sounds like ingrowing hairs, they occur in the pubic region and are nothing to worry about just go to the doctors. You do not have HIV or AIDS, check yourself checked up if you are worried
