Can HPV be transferred to my grandchilden if i kiss them on thier lips?

I just found out I have HPV and I am very worried about giving it to my grandchildren. I don't have any nor have I ever had any breakouts. They are used to kissing me on my lips hello and goodbye and I don't want to put them in any danger of getting it. Should I avoid kissing them on the lips?

Was your diagnosis oral HPV or genital HPV.  If genital, then you can kiss them with no worries. If oral, I would wait until the oral warts are gone before kissing anyone.
