How can HPV be spread.

I have ocd and hpv to tell you first thing. I have many fears about transmitting HPV to people by blood, urine, semen, feces and by touching the warts then touching someone or by indirect contact by say touching clothing that touched warts. I think that non genital to genital contact is how it can spread. Also i read a lot about "the perfect situation" for someone to get it off a inanimate object. Is this true? I am constantly washing my hands. I read somewhere some study that hpv was transmitted by blood in cows. I am really concerned.

You wont just randomly get oral hpv unless you gave oral sex to an infected person. And oral HPV is very unlikely so there is no point worrying. The description of your tongue and cheek sound normal. Follow coljac29's advise and don't look on the internet, most of the info is out dated and incorrect.

Also i was doing research and came across mouth hpv. Im pretty much freaked out that i have hpv in my mouth now. i have no idea what a normal mouth looks like i have red dots on my tongue and a little white area on my cheek. do anal warts cause mouth hpv too?

First thing i would say to you is, stay away from random internet sites, such as Yahoo and many websites which are outdated. Those sites wreaked havoc with my mind and im still suffering the consequences now. Stay on websites such as the NHS in the UK and particuarly medhelp.
