How long does it take to show up
I rencently found out i have hpv i should up at the beginnin of my pregancy and i just had my six week post partum check and it got worse but my question is why was it not detected when i was pregnant the first time i have had the same partner for over 3 years now what makes it show up now

If you or your partner had any other partners before you were together then either of you could have had it and it just became active for you now. The reason for this? Well being that you are pregnant again this can take away from your immune system activating your HPV infection. I'm 26 and have cleared the infection in 7 months, I would give it some time most infections will clear in 2 years at the most. But work closely with your doctor, you are pregnant and your doctor will need to monitor this closely.
