I have a pimple below my penis

So far I didn't engaged any intercourse such as vaginal sex, oral sex or anal sex.
But only receive a handjob from my girlfriend.
I only scared that she could pass it to me if her finger/hands got a cut and do it for me.
I don't feel any itchy on my penis.
Can I really get Genital Warts from this? I am worried..
Should I go consult a doctor for the pimple on my penis?
It's nearly 2 years since I've got this..

So for my girlfriend, if she gets genital warts from fingering, I must have a visible wart on my finger to pass it to her?

No, she is clean. Because she only got 1 partner and it's her first time does this and that is only me. Same goes to me too. We both don't touch ourselves and then pass it to each other's. No I don't think she has any visible wart on her hand. But she used to have a cut from a knife when she cut vegetables etc.. Ohh and I seldom bath after masturbation, can it be the cause of this too? To make it easy, I don't always bathe that regularly. I'm very worried..

The odds of transmission from a HJ is very very low but not impossible. It would require her to have a visible wart on her hands (did she?) or her hand went from her crotch to yours in a few seconds. If this did not happen, it isn't a genital wart. Go see a dermatologist to determine what it is.
