Im Lost And Just Need Insight on Where to Go From Here!

Help I really do not know what to do I had the Mirena for about 2 years and had it removed because of complications like reoccurring Bacterial Infections (which I never had previous to the Mirena), and towards the end serious bleeding during/after sex with my soon to be hubby...(that was horrible)  So it’s been out for about 3 months and the Bacterial Infections have gotten worse back to back almost never ending to the point where I cannot even be sexually active with my partner. Also, I’m sick of going to the doctor and getting antibiotics every time, which by the way gives me a yeast infection every time, just to force me back to the doctor for more antibiotics/antifungal. So this last time I just finished the medicine for the Bacterial Infection and here comes yeast infection. Tired of this constant rollercoaster I bought Monistat 1 and used it last night, and some AZO pills that I am taking 3 times a day and some acidophilus pills (or something like that I don’t have the bottle in front of me) and today I have a light red could be pinkish and maybe even blood tinged discharge....What is causing this????? I am so desperate and even more so tired of this, I feel like my body is betraying me. I just want a normal life back! I know it is a lot of different factors but I didn’t want to leave anything out that might be helpful. Someone anyone with serious advice, please help!!!!! Could this be HPV or something more serious, are these things tied together, are they are different problems just occuring simotaneously.....is there a link between Bacterial Infections and the Mirena???? Lotts of Questions but I need help....please!!!!!

So the next day I discovered the pinkish possibly blood tinged discharge was my cycle coming, which was very odd because I had just went off 11 days prior to this occurance so I stayed on for my normal 8-9 days like a full cycle after that. Now the yeast infection is gone, which I have researched that one's cycle can restore the natural pH in the vigina so maybe that helped it. However, I do have a discharge that at first was  mainly mucusy clear looking, yet now it has a cloudy and very faint greenish yellow color to it. I do not itch, it does not have the horrible death smell like when I have had bacterial infections, so I have made myself an appointment with my doctor the only problem is I will not be seen until mid October, small town and lots of appointments.....this is 1000x better that the bacterial and yeast infection symptoms but I cant help but wonder what could this be now?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This discharge can be due to ovarian problems, hormonal imbalance, stress, anxiety, crashed dieting, use of birth control pills, change in environment, excessive exercise etc. You should get a PAP smear, culture sensitivity and a pelvic examination done to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
