Could Flat warts cause long-term low-grade fever?

Dear all,

Could the HPV strain for flat warts cause long-term low-grade fever (37C-37.3C)?

I read that body's immune system would build resistance to the virus and it could take a year or so.

Before I suspected the symptom could be due to HIV but then I was confirmed that i don't have HIV by an expert on the field. So I am looking for a cause for my elevated body temperature. It is not very uncomfortable but definitely making me feel weird. I had the symptom 2 days after using a dirty towel from an escort(stupid i regret that a lot).

Please help.

Thank you

Hello,
Sometimes there are no symptoms at all of the infection and you cannot know until you do tests to diagnose it. Most people with HPV do not have serious symptoms and body`s immunity resolves the infection itself without any medication. It does not cause low grade chronic fever.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi Doctor,
I found that it was the lack of sleep that was causing the rise of body temperature.
It is almost always the case that if i do not have enough sleep i would feel like having a temperature.
