Looking for information regarding HPV!! Help!

I was last tested for STIs in February when I was found to be completely clean, I had a new sexual partner in May and have not had another since. In October, I noticed a small bump on my labia majora. It looks almost like a skin tag except it is very itchy. I have been using witch hazel to reduce the itching and am waiting on the results from my STI test done last week. I have not had any other symptoms. Anyone have any ideas?

I have had the Gardasil vaccination.

Average time from exposure to symptoms (warts) is 6-8 months, so its possible. Women can get tested for HPV when they go for pap smears. Was this your test last week?
