Is this genital wart?

I am gay and I meet other men for sex. But I only involve in kissing and mutual masturbation.  Recently I developed a common wart on hand, maybe from the gym. Today while showering I observed a small lump under my penis on scrotum skin, it is filled with yellow color liquid. Is it a genital wart? I am very tensed please help.
