Hi, I've had bumps on my inner labia(where hair doesn't grow) and they have been there ever since I lost my virginity four years ago. They only started itching about a year ago around the time I got my period, I'm pretty sure I had a yeast infection. My last period the itchiness started again and I treated it with external itching cream, more bumps came. I had sex a few days ago after my period ended and it was burning so I treated it with and internal yeast infection thing. Is it genital warts? And would they only itch around the time my period is supposed to come?

it's either genital warts or vestibular papillomatosis

Definately isn't HPV. HPV doesn't come and go.

It doesn't really sound like herpes either, but you should get the bumps checked by a doctor next time they are visible
