Raised Skin ON penis

Ever Since i was Younger i have had a slight skin tag on my penis,
i have now noticed that there are more, except they only really show up when im limp
it looks like wrinkled skin but is bumpy, it goes into my urethra and also follows a path a small path down my penis in like rows of two, slighty red and itches when sweaty,
its around my circumcision, and where my palm would be when i masturbate
should i be worried ?????

i have a similar problem. im 14 years old and have 2 skin tags on my penis. i think its cause my bad skill of circumcision.... im not sure... the peice of skin that they are suppose to break when im circumcised was never broken. so where i stand on that is thats what happened.. lol... im scared as hell to... it showed up a year ago around augest something. i dont know about the bumps but the skin tags im trying to find a cream that cures it. i found a site and ill send u a link. remembeer i havnt tried this yet and im not sure if it will work on my circumcised tags i hope it will. its kinda expensive but if u go to soctors they charge like 125 so im giving it a shot. its like $26.
