Male Genital Wart

I have single skin colored smooth perfectly round raised bump about 1/2 way down the shaft of my penis about the size of a ballpoint pen head.  I remember having this for a while like 6-12 months and never thought anything about it until recently.  It hasn't changed in size or appearance and I have not had even protected vaginal sex with anyone other than my wife for about 7 years with the exception of receiving some random oral and hj's.  Anything I should be concerned about or am I just freaking out over nothing.

Go see a dermatologist. If the doctor advises to remove it for biopsy then do it. They can test it for the virus. The looks are varied. It may be nothing but you need to know.

I was tested about a year ago and no std's...possible to be a genital wart?  It just doesn't look like other pictures and no cauliflower or textured look to it.
