It's possible but you may never know since they don't test men. I don't know how likely, though.

The odds are difficult to predict but a one time sex act rarely passes it. However, she clearly was infectious at the time you had sex. You may have been exposed to it before you slept with her. Without any genital warts appearing, you won't never know if you have it or not. I usually tell people do not think you have it without a diagnose of it however if your sex partner has it, there's a good chance you have it too. You could infect other women too. This is why HPV is the common cold of STDs. 8 out of 10 sexually active adults have it or have been exposed to it. To think otherwise it naive.
