My Case : My girlfriend saw 1 white bump near her vagina. Next day I saw some white bumps on my penis and pubic hair on my skin. I went to county STD clinic and this weird doctor saw my penis for 10 seconds and told me I had HPV. While I was still in shock, he kept asking me if i want treatment and I was like yeah whatever. He sprayed some high speed white stuff on me. I dont know what was it because he never told me. Next day my girlfriend went to her OB/Gyno and he said she has NOTHING. HE SAID ITS PROBABLY RAZOR BUMPS. WE BOTH SHAVE. She has been having regular pap test and all clear. He took blood from her wart/pimple and results come back next week. We both have a lot of unprotected sex.
Today I saw 2-3 new white bumps. VERY VERY SMALL LITTLE WHITE BUMPS. MY GIRLFRIEND POPPED ONE and little blood came out. SOME ARE KINDA RED. I HAVE INCLUDED PICTURES.. I JUST NEED A OPINION. I WILL BE GOING TO DOCTOR AGAIN NEXT WEEK.

I just applied for health insurance... Nov 1st ... So I got a call from the same doctor yesterday to come in the clinic ASAP .. The urine test came positive for chlamydia .. He gave me strong antibiotics and said it should go away...

He said i still need to come back for my HPV next week for followup...

3 days ago I had flaky skin on my scrotum .... All my skin on the scrotum came off like how snake sheds skin.. I could literally peel off large pieces off skin from my scrotum ..

I dont know whats going on... HPV, chlamydia and flaky skin on scrotum ... im so screwed !!!!!!

i would try and go to another general doctor...they will be able to look at it and tell you whats up  or give you some treatment......a dematologist could diagose your fingers in not to sure about your pubic area tho,,,,,, and yousay they only pop up after you ejaculate inside her.....let me ask you....are you trying to get her prego??....how come you are finising inside her??... or not using condoms??....

if you think they are poping up one you ejaculate inside her.....try not doing it for 2 weeks...or use a comdons for 2 weeks and see if none come up......

So 2 more warts just popped up.. one on my right thumb and one on my left thumb ... WTF is going on man im so confused !

The burn marks are not Birth Mark.. They are from the treatment the stupid doctor did when he diagnosed me... After doing my research I think its called cryotherapy .. They look like pimple me too because we did some rough sex past 2 weeks... Also both of us got these bumps when I started ejaculating inside her regularly.. We have been having unprotected sex for about 6 months now..  
Some questions :

What kind of doctor/specialist should i see ? Just a general physician ? Dermatologist ? Or someone else ?
Is there anything I could apply or do something else for these bumps ?

you can tell you have abnormal cells from a pap and then they will test for HPV with THE SAME culture they used for the pap smear.....YES they will also test for HPV for women under 30, they will test as soon as the pap comes back abnormal....then depending on the mild ,moderate, or severe case they will do the proper things weather its a biopsy or just watching it every 3-6 months..... there is not test for men, unless you have visible warts.....then usually they will diagnose you with GW caused by HPV......

i can see the burn mark...looks like a birth mark probably why he didnt say anything about it....and those TINY TINY things....it looks me like 5 looks just to see the white bumps your were talking about.....i think they look like pimples....i think you should go to another doctor and get another opinion.....and of it is GW just get it taken care of.....

if you're girlfriend has HPV she'll NEVER know w/ just a PAP..she needs to go back and request a HPV test..hey usually don't do it for women under 30 (most younger women have it and never know since their body suppresses it and they never get the HPV test)..hope this helps..

You can see the 2 little ones on the penis and also the the burn mark the doctor missed.
