HPV genital wart or something else?

I noticed a small flat bump on the inside of my labia majora. It did not spread but I noticed a second one that formed further down from it. I went to two gynos and told me they were warts. I am pregnant and they said to wait until after I delivered to treat them. It seemed like they just kept pushing my concerns aside, and didn't take into consideration that I did not want these bumps. I am set on fighting this. Well after hours of research I found that cryotherapy is safe during pregnancy. I went back and she says the one bump is just a skin tag. Really? I was freaking out thinking they were spreading when all along it was a skin tag. I didn't care what it was, I just wanted them frozen off. My question is, could it be possible that warts can occur on only one labia? I have none on the other labia, nothing. I noticed a tiny dark gray bump near the hairline of the inner labia majora. I have had yeast infections since I've been pregnant so could this just be irritation? I'm finding it hard to grasp thst genital warts are only showing one side of my vagina..

Consider and research having a C-section for delivery. You dont want to pass hpv to your child. You may have some on your cervix... Talk with your doctor about the risk. And I still suggest you get them removed with cryotherapy.

Hi Dr. Kaur, I was able to undergo cryotherapy to remove the one wart I had. They informed me to wait until I was further along to use Aldera. This was a few weeks ago and I am now able to use the cream. It is not a bad case at all, from what the doctor told me and told me I could just leave them alone since it did not grow. Of course, I was unhappy having them so I underwent cryotherapy. I had one for three months prior to getting pregnant, which did not grow or spread anywhere else.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Depending on the extent of the warts, the doctor may postpone treatment until after childbirth. But if the warts get so big that they might cause an obstruction in the vagina, they may need to be removed before childbirth.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

you can have these removed and sent to the lab to know for sure.  it's safe to do during pregnancy.

showing on one side only isn't unusual at all.
