Possible exposure

Hi,
I have had high anxiety about this, I was with a girl a few months ago and she had put her finger in her vagina and wiped some of her vaginal fluid on my cheek down to my lips. The issue is that around 3 minutes later I instinctively licked my lips, forgetting the fluid was there and I can't say for certain if some of it went into my mouth. Now I know that hpv is spread through direct skin to skin contact, but could her putting her fingers into her vagina, making contact with a wart and then placing it on my face and lips and then me licking my lips be a possible way to transfer such an infection?( particularly high risk hpv which is really scaring me)  Also, do you believe that I am at risk for any other stds?
(I went to the doctor today about a red bump on the bottom of my tongue which he said was probsbly something called a mucocele, as what most likely like that because of a viral infection)
This is starting to annoy me as I had gotten over these feelings a while ago but have know resurfaced from being reminded of the situation.
Thanks for the help in advance!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
HPV is a viral illness and viruses do not persist for so long outside a human body. From your description, chances of HPv transmission are less. For mucocele, Usually it goes away on its own. But if it does not, then corticosteroid injections and surgical removal by scalpel or laser are done by a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I see, so do you believe I was at any possible risk of exposure from this incident? Although I'd like to think I'm in the clear, I'm still not 100% certain

Hi, your correct that speading is from skin to skin contact. In general hpv would be contracted in the back of the throat where the mucus membranes are as with having deep throat oral sex
