Mystery bumps down there, but not genital warts?

I am a 24 year old generally healthy female and have never had an STI. I have two slightly raised but smooth fleshy bumps, light pink/skin coloured one on my labia majora which is very small and one slightly larger further down between my inner thigh and my buttock. They are both on the same side and I have no other bumps present in the area. The lumps have been present for about 4 months and have itched now and then, they seem more noticeable during my period. At times they’re not noticeable and at others they seem bigger or more obvious. If they are scratched off at all they will bleed, heal and return in the same place. I visited a sexual health Dr and had a full screening and an examination a couple of weeks ago. She gave me the all clear and told me that the lumps do not look like warts and that my skin down there is healthy. She said that skin in that area is complex and so these things can happen. However, the sight of the lumps still bothers me as I don’t know what has caused them or how to get rid of them. It's caused quite a lot of worry and anxiety for me and I'm not sure what to do next.

Thank you for any advice in advance!

Try seeing a dermatologist. It could be due to sweat/dirt/etc.
