Scrotum sac

My wife was just diagnosed with HPV, i believe i gave it to her. I do not have warts but when i inspected my scrotum sac i noticed i have tiny white/clear looking round circles?  Is this caused by HPV or is something else going on?

my wife and i were trying to get pregnant when we got the shocking news of hpv.  What do we do? Do we still have sex? Wait the 8 months for the next pap exam to see what happens to the hpv?  Any advice for me?

Those are normal, I have had them since a child before sexual contact.  My wife got diagnosed with high risk HPV.   I am positive it has given me some little white dots on my lips, and some of these white spots you speak of on my shaft as well which were not there before.  The scrotum ones are almost like hair follicles and are nothing to worry about.

They say high risk HPV doesnt cause warts, just cell changes which could lead to cancer.  Im convinced it causes tiny warts/growths.  I have some other issues now that i posted in my post original post, most people's immune system keeps it at bay, but it looks like mine is not doing so well.
