Second opinion. Is this genital warts?

I recently visited my local clinic with a suspected GW breakout. I've had them before so know that the I have the HPV virus. The nurse told me that these lumps are normal and in fact part of human anatomy. I'm not convinced. Notice the difference between two inner lips. Any help appreciated ty.
