My son has a pearly lesion on the shaft of his penis located very close to the glans It comes and goes and only occurs after being sexually active.  Is the sign of genital warts?

If it comes and goes it isn't a wart.

Does he split anywhere else ever or have any hard to keep from being dry areas ever?
Or is this the only skin issue he has or had?

"Pearly lesion": sounds a bit like warts or molloscum...but I dont think either just "come and go". Get it checked out by a doctor and put yourself and your sons mind at rest. Good luck:)!
