Single tiny haging black dot on tongue - HPV?

I am a middle-aged healthy heterosexual male. Abt 3 weeks ago, I had unprotected oral sex with 2 CSWs, I ejaculated in the mouth of one of them. They were letting many customers ejaculate in their mouths.
i also had condom protected vaginal sex with one of them. Also, there was fingering and frenchkissing involved.
After anxiety and resolution over many other symptoms for the last few days, this one particular new symptom came up today  -- on my tongue - on the upper side, in the middle, about 3/4 of an inch away from the tip, a tiny black spot has appeared. The spot is connected to the base of the tongue, and can be moved around like a papillae, The head is as small as a speck of pepper. I tried hard with my tooth and my toothbrush in all directions to remove it but it did not work. Other than that the tongue looks fine except that if i bite it, it takes a really long time to return to normal shape and size. I am very worried about HPV - both genital and oral. I am very concerned about what the black hanging dot on my tongue is and what could it do?

Hpv can be spread orally but this doesn't happen very often.... this also doesn't sound like HPV.

The only way you would really get oral HPV is through going down on someone who had genital warts. Oral HPV is rare, and a black dot dosen't really sound like a wart. However, there is little known about it so it is difficult to know what they look like. In most cases, they are either the same colour as the tongue or white. You may want to go to the doctor, and asked to be refered to an ear nose and throat specialist or go and see a dentist.

When it comes to genital warts, the only way to know if you have it is by having visable wart symptoms. That is the only way a doctor can diagnose you, by looking at the warts or taking a biopsy of one to determine if it holds the HPV virus. As you used a condom, it is unlikey you caught anything, but possible. To ease your mind you should go to an STD clinic if you do notice any bumps down below, and also get tested for the other things just in case. As for your tongue, I doubt its anything to worry about, but you may want to get reffered just incase. It's probably nothing, but you never know.
