SoreThroat for 2 weeks

Hi!
I'm 22 years old guy, I have a pharyngithis and tonsillits for 2 weeks, the doctor gave me 5 day ciprofloxacin ( I don't know if it works for tonsillitis ) and 7 day nimesulide. In the second day taking the ciprofloxacin, my throat pain went away and until now just the pharyngithis and tonsillits persistis. I scared because my pharynx have a lot of red points and because it persistis I was thinking it could be HPV, 3 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex with my girlfriend ( She never had HPV, and me either )...
3 weeks ago I had a allergic crisis (rhinitis) and before it I had 6 times sore throat (in 4 mounths) , but They went away without taking antibiotics.
The sore throat produces mucus and the swollen tonsil is in the left side of my mouth.

So, could it be sign of HPV ?
Please, help me, I'm really scared!

Doesn't sound like HPV (which isn't all that common in the throat) to me.
