Still Hpv or something else?

I was diagnosed a few months ago with HPV. I had a kind of tingling but no warts... I know thats an a typical symptom but he tried everything else then picked a spot and did a biopsy. He told me it was HPV that causes warts but I don't have any warts.

Since then the tingling has gotten better... much better, in fact almost gone at time and I thought i was going to heal.

Today i found a bump, just one... it doesn't itch or tingle but it hurts when i scratch it.

Could this be a wart? Is it something else? There is only one bump that hurts but i also have a lot of fordyce spots so there might be some others but i can't tell...

How would i be able to tell if this was herpes over HPV... there is only one and no weeping... At this point i can handle the hpv... (considering my doctor thinks it will go away soon...) but idk what if it's something else.

I'm just worried...

Thanks, I think you are right. i really do... Actually funny story, this all happened around the time I got sick... now that I am getting better the bump is gone!

I really think my body is kicking this in the bud the best it can. Thanks!

You have the hpv virus, so there is a chance it is a wart. If you look up pictures of herpes online, you'll understand why a tiny bump isn't herpes. There's really nothing we can say here except good luck, and fill us in on what happens.
