Thank you in advance... Can a dormant strain of HPV be transfered? (has been dormant for 4 years)?

Can a dormant strain of HPV be transfered? (has been dormant for 4 years)?

I recently received head from a girl and fingered a girl whos HPV has been dormant for 4 years.

There was no contact between my penis and her vagina. There was also no contact between her discharge and my penis. My hands were thoroughly washed after the contact and i also use the 99.9% germ killing hand sanitizer.

What are the chances that i have HPV on my hand?
What are the chances HPV could be transfered from my hand to my penis?
What are the chances of another girl picking up HPV from my hand?
