Think I have HPV, do they hurt at first?

I've been receiving regular, unprotected oral sex from a young female for about a year.  About twice a month.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed a light stinging sensation on one side of the head of my penis.  I could see 2-3 small pink spots, less than 1 mm in size.  I thought it may be a yeast/fungal infection so have been using Lotrimin on it, there has been no change.

I suppose they could be molluscum, but I'm thinking HPV.  But it could also be a bacterial infection, but I doubt it.

But it does kinda sting/burn/hurt all the time, not very intensely, just enough to be aware of it.  I've read that HPV is painless, though.

Would tiny-tiny little painful bumps be a sign of early HPV?  I tried the acetic acid test and nothing changed color, but honestly, I think the bumps are just under the skin, where the acetic acid can't get to it.  They don't appear to be raised, flat warts.

Does this sound like HPV?

I thought it might be fungal balanitis, which is why I used the Lotrimin, but it didn't work.   Then I figured it could be bacterial balanitis, so I used Bacitracin Zinc ointment on it.  In like two days it's almost completely gone.  I'll keep going with it to make sure, but the bumps and spots are real difficult to see.  Such a quick change lets me think it was the medicine doing it and not just a normal remission of something else.

So, mystery solved.  Bacterial balanitis, not HPV.

Unless the warts are in or around your anus, yes, they dont hurt. I would still get that check out. Yes it suck, no you dont want to be like me.

I was in the same boat as you 1 year ago. I didnt get it taken care of and it spread EVERYWHERE. I just had surgery today to remove about 35 around my shaft and HUNDREDS around and IN my anus. Dont **** up like I did and go get those taken care of YESTERDAY. I cant stress that enough. DONT WAIT!
Gracious!  Sorry that happened to you!  I don't see any spots anymore, but I guess they can be super tiny.
