Unprescripted treatments for HPV

Are there any beneficial vitamins or minerals someone with HPV can take that will boost the immune system? Does keeping active/working out and eating right actually help to suppress the breakouts? Also, are there any other forms of treatment other than doctor prescribed.. I've read somewhere that apple vinegar helps to suppress break outs. Thoughts?

A healthy lifestyle with good diet and exercise will keep your immune system strong.

I would only treat the warts with doctor prescribed or administered treatment. The folk cures on the internet do not work and may actually hurt you. There have been several posts on med help about using apple cider vineger and having it cause irritation and pain.
