Vaginal blisters

I had protected sex 5 days ago. The day after I noticed 3 lumps on my lower labia, which I thought was from irritation. This morning have notice a blister on my labia a few inches up and on the side.Could this possibly be herpes or vulvitis? I'm waiting for my doctor office to open to make an appointment. I'm freaking out.

hi...a few years ago i began to gain some weight, my underwear was getting tight and i developed a small blister on the skin that separates my vagina and anus, i wore thongs and they did rub me in that area, this is when i noticed that i had a tiny blister in that area, the blister gets sore sometimes, i did see a doctor and he said it was fungal and gave me some creme but it didn't work, since then it has got bigger and more painful... just before my periods this lump/blister gets bigger and it itches really bad, i am just wondering what it could be, i have not slept with anyone but my partner in 12 years and he's been faithful to me also, so it's not an STD, could someone shed some light on this or let me know if they have anything similar, i always keep that area clean and dry but sometimes i get an odour from it,  i do have an appt to see a nurse next week but i would still like to know what this could be...thanks in advance...
