Warts or Pimple

Hi everyone just wondering if you could help me? I seem to have what looks like a whitish/yellowish pimple beside the opening of my vagina, its not painful, I've had it for about a month, have not shaved down there but have used hair removal cream about six weeks ago, my partner has no signs of hpv, i'm terrified it is a wart but it is not cauliflower like and it looks exactly like a pimple. I am going for a pap test tomorrow should I ask the nurse what it could be or what should I ask? Thanks

I had a doctor do my smear test and sh told me that it was a skin tag and she said she was almost 100 % sure because of the way it looked she said it was like loose skin, I am relieved but I still wouldnt rule out anything else, waiting on pap test results also done test for std's and sti's to put my mind at rest..
