What are syptoms of oral hpv

Please can some one dignosed with oral hpv tell their syptoms (even a very rare syptom)
I have swallowen painles tonsils,raised taste buds in back of tongue, long red and white bumps in back of throat for about a year
Please some one help...

Bumps in the mouth can be anything.

You can test for oral HPV, doctor will take sample of the bump and to do test. It's very easy to know.

This does not sound like oral HPV. Go see an ENT doctor for a real diagnosis. Why suffer when you can get a medical professional to provide guidance?
