What's wrong with my penis?

In the past month I've noticed some odd bumps on my penis.  They are shown in this picture:

I have about 7 or 8 now all over the shaft, and they all are basically identical.  My doctor said that I should come back if they get bigger or don't go away.  When I look up STDs I can't find a case that is similar to these, but perhaps they just don't publicize this version if it is herpes or genital warts.

Anyone know what this is?
Thank you :D

They aren't warts.

Has your doctor not said what they are? If he dosen't think that they are genital warts then they aren't. They don't look like herpes.

You should go to an STD clinic or go to a different doctor for a second opinion. I'm sure if your doctor suspected they were STD related he would of told you
