bumps in mustache area

Hi I have had 5 bumbs in my mustache area for about 4 months now. 3 are hardly visible but I notice them because I look so hard at them. The other 2 are about half the size of a bb. They don't hurt nor itch and are a flesh like color. The two that are bigger than the others seem to be raised. They aren't getting bigger nor smaller but just seem to be staying there. The closest dermatologist to me is an hour away and I'm just trying to get an idea of whst this could possibly be.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be folliculitis, cysts, benign skin growths or warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
