can hpv outbreak dissapears alone?

i heard that its about 2yrs most people will get rid of hpv
its been a year since hpv visible warts

im trying to threat them with warticon these 2 weeks

i rlly wish to avoid other treatments..is it true that it can dissapear alone after 2years??   did warticon its only 2 weeks and i will leave some time for them to hopefully dissapear its so annoying..im 19yrs and i reeally hate std clinics and stuff

i dont smoke or drink
and i stopped sex since i got it
