Look up "fibroma" images on google, perhaps this is your answer. Either way, you should still get it checked out.
Yeah... the skin in the mouth sheds quite a bit. Coupled with the fact that warts that infect the genital tract tend not to "prefer" skin elsewhere, it's pretty rare to find warts in the mouth.
Do you know why they dont find a lot in mouths? Is it because its a diff enviroment?
I would doubt that anybody (even legit doctors like Dr. HHH and Dr. Hook) can make a definitive diagnosis about what something is from a picture on the web. With that said, oral warts are extremely rare. Get checked out by a medical professional and have them diagnose you, but in the meantime, realize that oral warts due to HPV are very very rare.
To give you some context, I recently went to my dermatologist to get checked out and asked out of curiosity how often they see oral warts due to HPV. The derm told me that they see thousands of patients every year, and she had "never" seen a wart in the mouth due to HPV. That certainly doesn't mean that it doesn't happen, but it is an indication of its rarity.
