chemotherapy for hodgkins lymphoma and HPV

Hello, my son was diagnosed with anal warts HPV in april 2014. The warts were surgically removed and the area treated with imiquimod. There were no further warts and he visited his proctologist a couple more times and all is ok
In October 2014 he was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma stage 2. He was treated with 4 rounds of chemo (etoposide, Adriamycin, vinecristyn, citoxan and bleomycin). Thank god he is in remission and is a healthy guy today.
Do we still have to worry about HPV present in his body? Can the chemotherapy that he did for lymphoma permanently cure his HPV?
Thanks for your help

There is no cure for HPV. Tiny amounts will always cling to DNA and for most people, the warts never return. He should visit his proctologist once a year for an inspection.
