could this be the beginning of warts?

I had some unprotected sex a few months ago, now I have noticed these small bumps on the shaft of my penis. They are only in the skin and feel like small bb's under the skin. I also started masturbating with Vaseline a few months ago as well. So i was thinking maybe it could be clogged pores or something. Please help!
