genital lumps

I hadn't had sex for 8 months but found a (non-painful) lump on my vulva in december. This I could easily remove by pulling. 2 months later I have found 3 of these lumps - again easily removed. I also have a very painful inguinal lymph node swelling. I also found a small lump inside the vulva - on the same side as the lymph node swelling. It's hard and feels pea-shaped but does not stick out like the other lumps. I am living in africa so it's very difficult to get to a proper gyno. It would be great if you could give me some idea of what this is and some course for treatment.
