hello, are all warts in the genitals caused by HPV? or can iit be caused by something else? I have one on the shaft of my penis since 1998, has never dissapeard, grown or extended? can this be a wart caused by HPV?

The only way to know is to get it removed by a doctor and get it biopsied. A dermatologist can do this or go to a clinic.
